Does not work on multi-page PDF’s

    The plugin works great on standard forms but does not work on multi page forms which is a standard Gravity Forms feature. If you could come up with a fix for this, that would be great!

    Hi, thanks for trying my plugin. I found a bug on pages greater than one when the AJAX setting was enabled on the form embed. Thanks for this report. I just sent v1.1.6 with a fix for this issue.
