    Hi,

I like to try this plugin for some special reasons, but it does not work, message does no sho up and I don’t know why.

Is it mandantory to add [woo_store_vacation] ? I added it to the shop page in the HTML code, but unsure if this is correct.

My starting date is today and I’m using DIVI.

All Software is up to date.

    Hi,

The vacation notice is added automatically to your shop pages in the WooCommerce notice area, so you do not need to add the [woo_store_vacation] shortcode to the shop page.

The shortcode is only needed if you want to display the vacation notice in a custom location, such as on the homepage, a regular page, or inside a sidebar/widget area.

Regarding the notice not showing, could you please check the following?

    • Is Enable Vacation Mode checked?
    • Are both the Start Date and End Date set?
    • Is today included within the selected vacation date range?
    • Have you set any Conditions that may exclude products, categories, tags, product types, or shipping classes from vacation mode?

If everything looks correct, please share a screenshot of your Store Vacation settings page so I can take a closer look.
