Hi,

The preview does not work, it loops

no watermark on images !

I have this error in the browser console :

I have Elementor (free + pro) and Woocommerce with the generatepress theme, the site has few plugins installed because it is under construction.

Any idea to solve this problem ?

Hi, it looks like it’s not coming from the browser but it might be an issue with the server’s image processing library (or lack of it).

Would you be able to access the error_log on the server? Here are the docs on how to do it: https://docs.bracketspace.com/main/debugging/diagnosing-errors#diagnose-server-errors

Yes, I have the error logs, there is only one for this date:

What library are you talking about ? Imagick ? I will ask my host if it is active on the server.

I also tried the plugin below, but it doesn’t work either :

That error doesn’t come from our plugin 🤔

Our plugin currently used the GD library for processing images and this is what you need to be installed on the server.
