I installed the plug-in today and there are many things that don’t work. I tried to install it on another site, with the same theme as the first one, but I had not yet updated to WordPress 5.4 and it works. Maybe you have to do an update since the last one is 3 weeks ago and when I was installing the plug-in on the first site it was written that it was not yet tested in my version of WordPress?

  • Hi @kaysersoze75,

Can you please specify what are the main NextGen Gallery issues encountered by you?
Our latest version of plugin is compatible with: PHP Version:5.4 or higher and our developers are always keeping it compatible with the latest version of WordPress so there shouldn’t be any NextGen conflicts related with the latest WP version.

    Thanks for the reply

Too bad I can’t do screen-schots to her because in this case they would be very useful.
In the manage gallery, to gallery settings section, the sort gallery button is not there. And always in the manage gallery section below the image there are respectively: View, Meta, Change mignature, Rotate and Delete. They work only visualize and delete, instead meta, change whip and rotate do not work.
When I insert the ImageBrowser Base gallery in the article, the images, obviously, clicking on the button do not go on. So ImageBrowser Base is unusable.

    Hello @kaysersoze75,

Our first recommendation will be for you to remove and re-install the plugin.
It’s not that common, but some files might be corrupted during an install of our update.

If the problem persists, let’s check if it is an existing conflict:
    – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
    – Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
    – If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

    Please, keep us posted.
    We are happy to help!
