Does Not Fire on Exit
-
This pop-up seems to be working as described. However, I cannot get the popup to fire upon exit.
Thanks!

Can you send me a link to the site where I can see it in action?
Sure, thanks!
Everything works fine for me. It is firing on http://www.spreadablejoy.com/artwork-blog/ and on individual posts (e. g. http://www.spreadablejoy.com/2015/02/10/new-childrens-illustration-website/). I’m using Chrome. The popups do not fire in every browser.
Ok, great thanks! I can see it firing after a little bit of being open, I just thought it should fire when I was going to leave the page only. “Upon exit”
Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the great plugin.
Can you please tell me the values you have set in your demo for following ?Self-acting fire (timer)
Set a min time
HesitationAs like as your demo link setting please provide me the values for all.
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
I left all three options (timer, min time, hesitation) blank. No input.
Best regards,

Hello everyone,
Think I Have The same concern I do not see the X pour close the pop-up.
Here is my blog: http://apprendre-aquariophilie.fr/
What can I do ??
Thank you in advance
Normally, users can click on every point around the white popup window.
You can also add an element (your own close button) by using the CSS class “modal-footer” or “modal-close”.
Example:<div class="modal-close"> <span>x</span> </div>Hello Kevin,
Thank you for your help in my custom CSS I have this modal-close
.wbounce-modal .modal {
background-color: transparent;
overflow: visible! important;
width: 624px;}
<div class = “modal-close”>
<span> x </ span>
</ div>And it does not work
I also tried to modal-footer this:
.wbounce-modal .modal {
background-color: transparent;
overflow: visible! important;
width: 624px;}
<div class = “modal-footer”>
<span> x </ span>
</ div>But it does not work
Do you have an idea?
Sincerely
serge
