Hello, are you using the latest version of the Lite plugin? v7.4.8, if not then please update to the latest version and test this again and let us know.

Please refer to my post above, I have already said I am using the latest version, in fact it was after the update and I was no longer able to connect to Facebook

Can I also add that I am using the pro plugin and I have contacted you directly from your website but I have not received a response.

There might be a plugin conflict. Can you please check for a plugin conflict by taking a backup, disabling all other plugins and see if that resolves the issue? If yes, then activate them back one by one and see which plugin breaks the functionality.

That was the first thing I did and unfortunately it is still not connecting.

Right I finally figured it out. It wasn’t a plugin conflict, it was just the facebook app that had an incorrect setting. The ip address was for a test server I was using in the past and didn’t match the current ip. Thanks for your help anyway.
