Does not backup to Dropbox

    UD hangs when trying to back up to Dropbox. I’ve opened up my hosting firewall (Allow outgoing to 54.243.242.78, 107.20.223.15, 108.160.172.205 on ports 80/tcp, 443/tcp)

    The log error says:

    Dropbox error: Failed to connect to api-content.dropbox.com port 443: Connection timed out

    Hi,

    This means that there’s a networking connectivity problem in between your webserver and Dropbox. If it’s not a general Dropbox issue (i.e. problems at Dropbox’s end), which it’s probably not (we’ve not seen any other reports), then it’s at the web hosting company’s end – so you’d need to see if it recurs and/or ask them if they’re having problems .
