    1) Does not allow administrator to adminpanel
    “Sorry, you are not allowed to view this page.”
    2) After changing all the links to https all the same, not everything has changed

    Try clearing cookies in your browser or try accessing your admin panel via a different browser.

    in the admin panel, they lead to https when installed first
