Hi,
Good timing! This is now in Meow Mailer 0.1.4, which I just released! ✌️
On a Multisite network, go to the main site’s Meow Mailer settings and turn on Shared Settings. Every site on the network then sends through the same provider, configured once from the main site. Subsites see that section as managed elsewhere and can’t change it, so nobody accidentally reconfigures the whole network.
You can also control how far the sharing goes. The provider is always shared once it’s on, but sharing the sender details (From address, name, Reply-To) and delivery options (background send, logging, retention) is optional. So you can share one mail account while every site keeps its own From address, which is usually what you want since each site has its own domain 🙂
Email logs are never shared. Each site keeps its own and only sees its own emails.
It’s off by default, so if you’d rather have each site configure itself independently, nothing changes for you.
Cheers,
Jordy.
