This looks like an awesome plugin, thanks to the author.

I don’t think html works properly at this point. Would be a GREAT feature though.

I tried several options to allow the href tag but even escaping single quotes throws this plugin off:)

    Still a great plugin though.

Enabling the plugin to support html like
    <a> tags
and so on is unethical practices and therefore not supported by this plugin.

but i can allow the user to input a link for that specific text.
    example:

    Header Text: John Doe
    Hyperlink for Header: http://www.JohnDoeWebpage.com/

John Doe would be wrapped in a link, so when John Doe is clicked upon , it will send the user to the website/page http://www.JohnDoeWebpage.com/

Do you vote for this feature?

I’m not sure what you mean by “unethical” but I would definitely vote for the idea of wrapping urls in a link:)

Thank you Emark!! Brilliant. It does everything I need:)

The only thing I can see that the plugin might need now is some instructions to make sure the user understands not to put any quotes around the URL. I think a lot of people might not understand this and wrongfully blame your plugin.

Now I’ll go and rate the plugin and tell the world:)

I spoke too soon. There seems to be a problem with the “Check to Enable Both Options: ” checkbox. It will not stay checked after I navigate away from the plugins settings page. Also, the Header Text Input field is empty after you navigate away from the plugins settings page. The Footer Text field does not have this problem but the footer text does not appear on my site. Not sure if its my custom theme or not. I will try to find out.

    Using WP 3.5.1

The first version of this plugin definitely did not have this problem.
