Does iPad support the loadeddata method or "preload"?

    It doesn’t fully preload like the player does within Firefox or Safari on a mac or IE on a pc. But I’ve had no buffering issues on a phone.

    Where I am having issues is Chrome on all devices both desktop and mobile.
