Icegram works with mobile devices perfectly.
Can you please point us to the setup where this Targeting rule is not working. We will check and let us know.

I think the poster means in terms of rendering. To be fair icegram popups can look really ugly (squeezed and long) on mobile devices to the extent of being a nuisance for the user whcih is why I’m thinking of adding a rule to my popups to hide them from mobile devices.
Let me know your thoughts.
Hi Guys,
So I’ve just started with Icegram and am using the examples and I haven’t changed any dimensions on any of them.
They really do look perfect on my Galaxy Note 3.
Maybe the icegram boxes can get distorted if the theme isn’t responsive (but you must have thought of that already)… or other issue with the aspect ratio of the box and the aspect ratio of the small screen.
Perhaps you could see how the examples look on your small screens; and how they look on tablets. Maybe you can adjust a dimension and make it work, or adjust the css for mobile layout?
Just trying to be helpful.
I came across this linear diagram summarizing the sizes of the devices at that point. You can keep it updated with new devices of course. Maybe it will help you decide window sizes.
