• Hi
I plan to upload some low size videos – 20 to 100 mb – into our folders and serve them by video player plugin there is so low traffic is that what we have. Do you believe without much traffic and low-sized moderate and low quality video streaming is okay for shared hostings?

would be best to discuss this issue of “capacity” directly with your hosting company.

If you are serving the videos from your shared hosting site, you will have problems. Put the videos on youtube, embed them on your site, and let youtube worry about bandwidth.

Serving video is a purely server-side load; it really has nothing to do with WordPress. Besides that, there are far too many variables – the server, loads from other sites, quality of video, etc. – to ask “will it work?” Only thing anyone can offer is try it and see if it works for you, and if it doesn’t, ask GoDaddy.
