Hello? Are you guys busy these days, seems replies have slowed to a halt 🙂
    Just curious, not impatient 😉

Yeah, I think everybody is busy…. Matt has recently started a new full-time job, plus he’s had some musical gigs. Mike Little and I both have kids, plus for those of us in the U.S.A., it was just a holiday weekend 🙂
I can’t speak for our European teammates, but I’m sure that they have had non-WP things keeping them busy, as well.

    Hi Michael,
No editing does not turn off textile. In fact textile is only used on display of the post.
That is, your post formatted for textile is stored that way in the database.
When the post is to be displayed (in your blog template and b2edit.php) then textile is called and formats the html.
Thus editing the post should have no effect on the textile formatting (other than if your edit changes the formatting)
    Mike

uhm… Are we talking about Textism’s Textile here?
Is there no concern about how much extra work you’re making the server do by processing it every time the page is viewd instead of ONCE, on the way into the server…
