Does anyone make plugins here?

Hello, I would like a plugin for woocommerce that does the following. The site is a Marketplace that the user posts their product and sells to someone else, what I want is a plugin that shows the seller’s address to the buyer only when the purchase is completed. The same is on the Free Market site the buyer only sees the address, the seller’s phone number when the purchase is made and completed.
