    I am receiving the following error

    Document not available for order #XXXXXX, try selecting a different order.

    when I try to preview the appearance of a PDF invoice.

    Additionally, we are no long able to see an option to print a PDF invoice from the edit order screen and our PDF packing slips now start with two blank pages, the third page includes only the logo that we have defined for these documents since launching this website nearly four years ago, with the fourth page finally displaying the order details.

    Is a document actually created for that order?

    we are no long able to see an option to print a PDF invoice from the edit order screen

    You can activate this by using the “Screen options” in the top right corner of the Orders page, and selecting “Actions” from the menu that opens

    packing slips now start with two blank pages

    Does this persist if you reinstall the fonts via PDF Invoices > Advanced > Tools > Reinstall fonts?
