    Hi dtemple,

    You will need at least FTP access and the ability to create a new Database… See the FAQ Quick Start

    I have access to ftp on my new server and create a new database. I just don’t have where it is hosted right now

    Can I upload the plugin to where my site is hosted now and backup the files and then restore them at my new host

    I see… So for creating the package and installer file all you need is access to the wp-admin…
