Do someone know how to implement dynamic forms in WP

    I have seen a form on someone’s custom theme. I want to make it work. Currently it’s in static html.

    Any idea to make myself it’s dynamic.

    What type of form is it?
    Is it a contact form?

    Why not use a plugin like contact form 7
    ?
    Does that help?
