Hey there,
What’s wrong with this? That is the expected output of the shortcode…
Can you let me know what the issue is with the plugin exactly and provide a URL so I can check?

When I inspect, the code is appearing, as you can see. But if you pay attention, the code is transparent, and I doesnt see the real menu at my footer. The html is not rendering. My theme is actually at localhost π
Hi there,
It’s quite difficult for me to debug if you can’t provide a URL.
What do you have in your breakpoint setting and are you making sure you’ve resized your browser small enough so it becomes visible?

I just uploaded it to the url dominiocomum.com (the password is dominio_comum).
The button and div id generated by the theme are hidden. How can I change this? Even when I cancel this css rule in firebug, the color options (css) that I picked doesnt appear.

Hi there,
I just checked on my mobile and it worked first time for me.
Are you making sure to resize your browser down below 800px or view it on a smaller screen as I advised in my last message?

Hi there,
Can you confirm that you have tried resizing your browser below 800px width and it still doesn’t show as it’s working for me here…

Yes! Now I saw it, and with <=800px its working. And with >800px?
Hi there,
Can I suggest you read through the documentation and familiarise yourself with the plugins admin interface as this is covered in one of the first documentation articles and is the first option presented to you in the plugin admin area:
https://responsive.menu/docs/initial-setup/choose-a-breakpoint/
Reading through the documentation will get you up and running a lot quicker and help you to understand what the plugin can and can’t do a lot easier.
If you want the mobile menu to show at all screen sizes for example you can simply increase the breakpoint value to something really high (as mentioned in the documentation).
I hope this helps you out and if there is something you can’t find in the documentation please let me know.
All the best

Best regards.
Hey there,
Not a problem and glad I could help.
Good luck in WP!
