    Hi Leandro,
    1. Did you choose your country in the plugin’s settings?
    2. Do you use some checkout fields editor plugin?
    3. What’s the URL of the website?

    The store had virtual product instead of normal ones. I fixed it after I removed this plugin. So it wasn’t really a plugin issue (my mistake), but I don’t have the time to test again, sorry.
