Try enabling debug mode (Settings → Post Thumbnail Editor).
Thanks the debug mode was on. I disable it and it works fine !

I had the same problem. Even if I enable or disable the debug mode from admin panel of your plugin, I still have the blank page/modal and no more information into your log file or apache log.
I had to put WP_DEBUG to false into my wordpress into order to fix the problem. It’s not normal. Could you tell me why and fix it plz?

I have just read this article, tried it and it is now working again – hurrah!
Pushed out a fix tonight (version 2.4.3)
No change for me with 2.4.3 the page are always blanks even with debug mode activated.
I’m having this problem also. I updated to 2.4.4 and tried turning debug on/off, but I’m still getting a blank page.
@spasarok, have you disabled all other plugins and reverted to stock theme?
Are there any errors in the log file, or in your javascript console?
I reverted to 2.4.2 and it’s working.
