Ok, in looking at the specific images on your page, there are two cases where they are not optimized properly, and they are both in the right hand column:
1. The nivoslider from the metaslider plugin:
The only way I know of to optimize previously uploaded metaslider images is to put your /uploads/ folder in the Folders to Optimize setting, and run the Scan & Optimize operation. All new metaslider images get optimized, as I’ve worked with the developer on that end of things, but existing images are not tracked in the database anywhere, and I haven’t worked out a way to optimize them in bulk without using the folder scanner.
2. The video thumbnails near the bottom:
1 of them is being resized by the wp.com servers, which makes me suspect you are using jetpack possibly. At any rate, there is nothing EWWW IO can do about that one, because it isn’t hosted on your server. The other one will probably be optimized by the same process as metaslider. Depending on when those images were uploaded, there are different isues to be considered for the future. If you can tell me what plugin is used for those, I can do a little research on it.
The rest of the images on your site need resizing before they can be properly optimized. There are a couple ways to accomplish this:
1. Check the image sizes in the html, and then use Simple Image Sizes to register new resizes on your site to match those. After that, run Regenerate Thumbnails to create the new resize versions for all your existing images.
2. Use Hammy. You may need to do a little configuration if your theme doesn’t use the standard content containers, but it is quite slick once you have it working properly. They have a nice tutorial video as well for Hammy on the plugin installation page.
Both Hammy and Regenerate Thumbnails will generate images via the proper routines so that EWWW IO can optimize them immediately as they are saved to disk as of EWWW IO 2.1.0
