Response from Wordface after a major error: Thanks for reaching out. A firewall rule released yesterday caused a problem on WordPress websites using Wordfence Premium.
Our entire website is now lit up!

‘Wordtfence comes with a do-it-yourself solution, which means that you are confronted with additional ICT costs. ‘

Wordfence: If you were affected, your site would probably display a white screen or throw a 500 error. If so, you can manually run the following database query to clear your firewall rules and force an update of new new rules that do not contain the problematic rule. You can use phpMyAdmin (available in most hosting control panels) to run the query. Your hosting provider may be able to help with this.

Of course everyone wants to help me, but that costs money!

As firewall and securety it works fine!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about Wordfence.

Running SQL queries in your database is not something that you should expect any plugin support team to do. One mistake in a query could cause the site to go down. If you aren’t familiar with MySQL you could ask your hosting provider for help.
