I am receiving this warning on WordPress, I seem to remember getting something like this years ago and I got hacked.I need to know if this is correct?

Hi,

yes we’d need a cache folder to be writable to perform better. it should also support a folder in wp-content if wp-content is writable. Remember to change the permissions in a way that is safe: you need also to change the owners so that it matches the webserver http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9432990/how-to-chmod-the-folder-to-make-it-writable-for-the-server-in-php
