    Hi

Since the connection wizard was not working for me for some reason I had to manually connect my store to my PayPal account (I manually created new App in my PalPal account and entered Client ID and Secret Key into plugin settings on my WooCommerce store). The connection seems to work fine.

    QUESTION:
Since I manually connected my PalPal account do I also have to create any Webhooks? If yes, do you have any up-to-date documentation on how to properly do that?

    Thanks and best regards,
    Primož

    Hello @primozkosta

When you manually connect your store using the Client ID and Secret Key, the plugin’s AuthenticationManager automatically triggers webhook registration after successfully saving your credentials. You do not need to manually create any webhooks in your PayPal account. The plugin handles this process automatically.

If you ever need to re-register the webhooks (for example, if your site domain changes), you can simply click the “Resubscribe” button in the PayPal Payments settings. This will remove old webhooks and register new ones automatically without any manual setup on the PayPal side.

    Kind Regards,
    Krystian
