Afraid that’s not on the roadmap, but there’s Preconnect (on Settings -> Autoptimize -> Extra), which actually includes the dns-request so it’s even better then dns-prefetch 😉

I am using Preconnect for two links but whenever I am inserting more than two links the PageSpeed Insights showing warning for Preconnect links. That’s why asking for dns-prefetch option in AO.
