DNS forwarding woes :-(

    I own a domain at 1and1. I have the nameservers pointed to WordPress.

    When I try to load my url it points to an old version of the site.

    Any ideas how to resolve this? (I’m not too techy, but I think that somehow some sort of cache needs to be cleared?)
