I use PODs to manage my content in WordPress, there is any way to make this plugin works with this custom content types?

DK PDF allows customization of the PDF template, once you have added the PDF template to your theme, you can add your own code in the PDF template, here is how to do a template customization:
http://wp.dinamiko.com/demos/dkpdf/doc/how-to-use-dk-pdf-templates-in-your-themeI never used Pods but I think that you can use the same code you’re using in your theme templates and add it to the PDF template. here is a tutorial I did about Advanced Custom Fields, maybe you can grab the idea from this tutorial and then apply to Pods:
