Divi Popup plugin short course

    I’ve just activated the Divi popup plugin and want access the short course send via email from WordPress Dashboard. This is the first message on Dashboard:

    Thanks for using Popups for Divi 😊
    We have created a short email course that helps you get the most out of Popups for Divi. You will receive six short emails that help you to avoid common pitfalls and teach you some advanced use cases.

    When I click “Start the course”, this message appears:

    Something went wrong, but we’re not sure what. Please try again in a moment or contact us via the wp.org support forum

    Can anyone help?

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
