The error itself looks specific to the country you’ve set up under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > General > Store Address.
Can you please reconfirm that your store address corresponds to one of the countries supported by Stripe?

If the problem is specific to Divi theme, I’d recommend reaching out to the theme developers directly at https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/ as Stripe does not explicitly promise compatibility with the theme.
If you’re seeing the same behavior with Storefront as well, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
