You can add the below-mentioned CSS codes inside the WP dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS to adjust the add new product popup product image thumbnail sizing.
.dokan-add-new-product-popup .product-form-container .dokan-feat-image-upload img {
height: auto!important;
}

However, if you want to replace the buy button with a WhatsApp link then this will require extensive customization from the WooCommerce single product page template. Because the single product page is coming from WooCommerce itself and Dokan does not have any control over there.
