Hey Maxim, thanks for reaching out, I’ll gladly help!

I’ve checked several of your blog posts in all of our supported browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE10, IE9, IE8) and it seems as if the thumbnails of your related posts are showing up just fine.

Or am I missing something out? Let me know what’s up or send me a screenshot of the problem you’re experiencing and I’ll do my best to help you out! I’m looking forward to your reply!

Take care & have a nice day!

    Best,
    Silvo

    Hey!

Hm, yes, I can see the problem now.

May I ask you if you have some other IE extensions installed? If so, which ones? What version of IE browser are you using? Also — which WP theme have you got installed?

I’d like to replicate the problem you are experiencing, which is why your feedback is more than appreciated. Thanks!

I’m looking forward to your reply! Take care & have a nice day!

    Hello, Silvo.
I got installed “Tender Spring” theme by Ying Zhang (v. 10.0.10)
I also using only one 8 version of IE browser (8.0.7600.16385).

    Hey!

Thanks for this info, I’ve successfully installed your theme and checked it on my end, but the only thing I’m getting is that square thumbnail on the top left corner that acts as a featured image of that blog posts; the broken thumbnails in the related posts section — unfortunately — not appearing on my end.

But that doesn’t change anything, I’d still like to help you out here. If possible, I’d like to get back to you tomorrow with some more results and — hopefully — a viable solution. If possible, please bear with us.

And do let me know if you find something else (an extension or a plugin) that might be interfering with your thumbnails, or any other information that might help us figure out what’s actually going on. We really appreciate any feedback possible. Thanks!

Take care & we’ll hear us soon!

    Best,
    Silvo

    Hey!

Since we haven’t been able to replicate the problem on our end (we managed to get that square featured image on the top-left corner of our posts, but no broken thumbnails in the related posts section), I’d like to ask you, if possible, to list me the rest of the extension that your IE8 browser has installed, or what are the other plugins that you have installed on your WP Dashboard.

We really don’t know how to replicate your problem on our end, to be honest, but it is crucial that we do so, in order to fix the problem. Any additional feedback is more than welcome!

Thanks! I’m looking forward to your reply!

    Best,
    Silvo
