  • Once you have the link, look for the “video” button in the editor toolbar. You can have it create the video player code for you, all you have to do is paste in the URL to the image.

    Thanks~ found it, but what format should I use? I’ve tried flash shockwave quicktime windows…the inserted box is always wrong. It’s blank for flash, a blue Q for quicktime, and plug ins not installed for windows?

    The only way I’ve been able to actually make the video appear is w/ a mp4 format and using “insert into post” which inserts the direct link.

    I use this plugin, as it handles just about any kind of video

    I would love to hear back about your experience with the plugin suggested below, as this is not one I have seen before.

    Also, typically for mp4 I thought it was quicktime embedding. Not sure why it didn’t show for you once it was in. This is definitely an area that could be improved by WordPress
