I’m currently using WP-PostViews to display the post count inside the post: http://d.pr/i/z9uW

Is there anything i can do so “8 views” is generated by this plugin?

I checked the FAQ and dont see anything for displaying the view count for 1 particular post.. I do see this in the FAQ of the plugin: http://d.pr/i/c1uU but where is this checked? and how do i include this into my themes php files?

Sorry about that, you’ll find the info in the Installation section, specifically look for the template tags sub-section.
