Displaying Menu Descriptions

Hi Scott,

Firstly, I must say thank you – your theme is truly outstanding. I am new to wordpress and am wondering if it is possible to display the “Menu Descriptions” under menu names in the main navigation bar like the following example (www.onedesigns.com/media/pinboard-menu-descriptions.jpg).

If this is possible, could you please provide a brief explanation of how this can be done? From other tutorials I see it may be something to do with a “walker” function, however as yet I haven’t had any luck in getting it to work.
