Displaying Clicked URL On Page

Hi there, I’m trying to achieve a ‘leaving site’ page of sorts.

I have a page (ie leaving page) where I would like to display the URL clicked on a post
Example: Link clicked is https://google.com or https://mywordpress.com?ref=https://google.com (if it is easier)

I would like for my ‘leaving page’ to display https://google.com

Is this done with a plugin or some sort of script? Could anyone please advise me on how something like this is achieved? Thank you very much
