Hi, I’m creating a new online store and modifying a single product page. The project requires me to display some attributes as a modal (popup) window. I know how to prepare a modal, but unfortunately I don’t know how to display the attributes for a given product. Is there any shortcode in WooCommerce that would allow me to implement it? Or is there any other solution ? I will be very grateful for your help.

    Hi @nsog8sm43x

Is there any shortcode in WooCommerce that would allow me to implement it?

I’m not sure if this will help or if it’s what you are looking for, but here’s a link to the documentation that lists the shortcodes included in WooCommerce

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#section-10

I have already read this page, but it seems that the shortcodes listed there are used to display products. And I mean to display attributes for one product on a single product template.

@nsog8sm43x When you say you want to display “attributes”, do you mean to show a list of the attribute values that have been added to the product?

If that’s the case, then I’m afraid there is no option that will automatically populate such a list – at least not out of the box. Custom coding would be needed for that.

I’ll leave this thread open for now, in case anyone else from the community has any suggestions about code that might work for this.

Let us know if this is not what you meant.

That’s exactly what I mean. In a different location from the standard under product price. Maybe as a modal window.

When it comes to additional coding, it is to some extent done by myself, but I need to know which part of the code is responsible for displaying the attributes and in which location.

@nsog8sm43x I don’t know off the top of my head where exactly you’d need to look to find the piece of code you’ll have to modify.

I’ve tried leaving this thread open for a while now, to see if anyone else could chime in. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case so far.

If you still need some coding help, you can reach out to one of WooCommerce’s customization partners:

    https://woocommerce.com/customizations

They’d be able to give you a clearer idea about the scope of the project and quote you for their services.
