display

Hi, i’m not to bright with wordpress,

Would anyone be able to show me how i can edit this code from a plugin to display the posts content, as well as the read more, and number of comments.

echo '<a href="' . get_permalink($post->ID) . '">' . $post->post_title . '</a><br />';

I see how the code displays the title, but i have no idea how to make it display like an actual post.
