I have a question regarding my website.

I have a website which was written in Java and I would like to integrate WordPress as my blog page. My problem is I want to display the latest post & featured post (with cover image and excerpt) on the home page of my site (which is not a WordPress page).

I have no knowledge of Programming but just wondering how can I achieve that? Can anyone help, please?
