Display User Directory Sorted By Custom Field

This URL however displays the list the way I want it sorted:

http://www.team666.com/guild-tsix?sort=guild_level&dir=SORT_DESC

But I would like to set these commands via shortcode so I can use the URL

WOW my bad lol

Under the directory configuration on the far right I found the Sort Order boxes, so I have now numbered the Columns 1 to 5 in priority then rebuilt the cache.

Now it works,

Now it will sort by Status, then Level, and so on, and I used the check box next to Level to order descending instead of ascending.

So everything works perfect now.

I would be interested to know what I was doing wrong with the shortcode however or was the directories default settings just over riding that.
