Display Shortcode field results on user profile

    Hello,
    I created a form and added a shortcode field, in this shortcode field I added the possibility to select City/State.

    However this data doesn’t appear in the user profile once registered, how to display it?

    Hi @kaichi

    Does the City/State field is a predefined field in UM form builder? or Are they from a third-party plugin? If so, you will need to customize it to show in the front-end as it beyond the UM functionality.

    I noticed that it doesn’t have any Meta Key and results from it are not saved in database.

    There is anything that I can do?

    Hi @kaichi

    Unfortunately, those fields added to a shortcode field won’t be saved. You will need to add custom code so that it will save the data to the user meta. We don’t have a custom code that we can provide with your set up at this moment.
