Display recent posts on home page

If your home page is not WordPress, then you will want to look at:

and the template tag, query_posts().

If your company home page is not a part of your WordPress installation then that link is good, but I’ll point you to one of the articles that search returns:

You will want to use a query_posts loop to get the posts.

If your company home page is a part of your WordPress installation
then use a query_posts loop or a Recent Posts plugin.
