    Very easy, you add Rating field in comment form in Comments > Forms admin page, by editing the Default Form.

    I understand.
    Add rating to default form.
    Testing rating with comment form.

    Where can I control with Before Content&After Content?

    In Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Hide/Show Tab.
