    Are you using the plugin anywhere else on the site? This isn’t a problem we’ve encountered before but we’ll work on figuring out what might be happening here.

    Hi again,

    It looks like this is probably something related to the theme that you’re using. The FAQs use the WordPress post format so it might be related to the way the posts are being styled. For your FAQ posts on the Add New FAQ/Edit FAQ page do you have additional Layout Options (related to your theme) available under the text box? If so, what is yours currently set to?
