Display posts by user when logged in

I would like to give users access to their profile page (which is post-type) when they log in. Right now, users have to go look for their profile pages on the front-end after they log in. I was wondering if there’s any way to display a link to his/her posts by this user is logged in? For example, the user logs in and he/she sees a link on the main page that leads to their posts. Only the posts assigned to user would be visible for him/her when she/he logs in.
