Display pop up once per user

    Hello,
    I create a rule to show the pop up just in home page, but, how could I display it only once during the navigation?
    If the visitor is surfing on my website and clicks again to my homepage (it’s possible to go directly to homepage clicking on my logo), the pop up appears again and again, and I don’t want to show it because it’s too much repetitive for the user.
    I would like to display it just once per user.

    Hi, by default the popup won’t show again to the user unless:
    a) you put 0 on the conversion and closing cookies fields.
    b) User is in incognito mode and cookies are not set
    c) Popup is test mode and the user is admin.

    i have the samr issue.
    i follow your instructions but after the user submit the form which in the pop up it reload again. i enable the “ajax mode” to see if it will fix it but than the submit button not working.

    the coocke set properly soit should show only once per 10 days. can you please have a look?

    I’m having this same issue. I’m sure this must have been resolved by now, but I don’t see a solution. I have both cookie settings to “0” and also have it set to test mode. I have multiple buttons on my page but when I click on a second button, the overlay comes up, but the modal does not.

    Its not solve for me yet.
    Pop up show again even when the cookie set to 48 hr.

    I have the paid version but the same issue and got no support from the developer for this so far.

    Really sucks…

    Sorry you didn’t get your request resolved.
    If you got the premium version you need to contact premium support at https://timersys.com/support , we don’t monitor this forum as much as we want.
    Also answering on topics that already exist is not helpfull because the topics don’t show as the first results and they are buried on old page

    We have +10 free plugins on the repository so we can’t provide as much support as we want for free users and also keep track of old topics.

    @smittyhehheh please open a new thread with your issue indicating URL and how to reproduce the same error so we can take a look next week
