The answer to this depends very much on the theme you are using. WordPress allows you to add a description text to categories. A template for your theme should also display this. Of course, this allows for little text customization; to do that, you would need to use plugins, e.g., this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/visual-term-description-editor/ (not tested by me).
We could give you more detailed information if you tell us the theme and possibly the page builder you are working with.

I thought is was possible to use a page as a category directly ?
WordPress itself does not allow this if you are referring to categories that are managed under Posts > Categories. I cannot tell you whether your theme supports this, as it is a commercial product.
