Display only messages relevant to users?

Hi

Our company has 500 locations and 500 users. Each location uses their own contact form. Is it possible to configure WP-CRM for individual users to login and see only their relevant messages i.e. not all messages submitted? Ideally we’re looking to display each locations messages in a secure client area so nobody has access to all submissions.
