display favorite list strange behavior

I have couple of CPT favorite queries on a page, however I have tried just one with the same result as well as using the shortcode instead of a custom query.
When my page loads I see the correct results from my query, filtered by post type and not linked. after the page finishes loading the results seam to be amended by AJAX’ed into an empty query, as in it show all favorites from all post types with the links. here is a video showing the issue https://www.dropbox.com/s/bs8hypd7s05jrcu/Recording%20%2314.mp4?dl=0
