Check if you selected simple, virtual and tutor under the product data and set a price from there as shown in the following image

Yes, the price is being correctly communicated from woocommerce products page. But not being properly displayed on the browser.
Have noticed the website’s top menu also disappears when the course page is opened. Screenshots for your ref:

Thanks for sharing images. You can switch to a default WordPress theme to check how the course homepage is rendered on a default theme then you can ask your custom theme author to help fix the menu issue.
